Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different doses of isoniazid in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and its influence on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Hebei Chest Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 0.3 g/d isoniazid based on the conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs, while the observation group was treated with 0.5 g/d isoniazid based on the conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs, and both groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the changes of lung function and T lymphocyte subsets were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in the first second of both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(7.8± 1.4)L/s vs(6.3±1.2)L/s,(1.48±0.28)L vs(1.15±0.23)L](all P<0.05).After treatment, the ratios of serum CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ of both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The ratios of CD8+of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different doses of isoniazid have different clinical effects in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Increasing the dose of isoniazid to 0.5 g/d can improve the efficacy, promote the improvement of pulmonary function and immune function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and has good safety.
