Clinical effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsules combined with bisoprolol fumarate tablets in the treat-ment of exertional angina

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsules combined with bisoprolol fumarate tablets in the treatment of exertional angina.Methods A total of 106 patients with exertional angina admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.The 106 patients were divided into control group(53 cases)and observation group(53 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsules combined with bisoprolol fumarate tablets orally.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)score,the 6 min walk test(6MWT)distance,duration of angina attack,serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),malondialdehyde(MDA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[94.3％(50/53)vs 81.1％(43/53)](x=4.296,P=0.038).After treatment,scores of anginal frequency(AF),anginal stability(AS),physical limitation(PL),disease awareness,and treatment satisfaction in SAQ of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of AF,AS and PL of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the 6MWT distances of the two groups were longer than those before treatment,and the observation group was longer than the control group,and the duration of angina attack was shorter than that before treatment,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(all P＜0.05).After treatment,serum levels of Lp-PLA2,MDA and CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Di'ao Xinxuekang soft capsules combined with bisoprolol fumarate tablets has good clinical effect in the treatment of exertional angina,which can reduce the lipid peroxidation and inflammatory factors level of the body,and has few adverse reactions.
