Abstract:Objective To explore the value of Green model in rehabilitation management forpatients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods A total of124 patients with AMI undergoing PCI in Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province from February 2015 to January 2019 were divided into 2 groups according to the time of admission:the control group(62 patients) was enrolled from February 2015 to January 2017 and treated with routine postoperative rehabilitation training; the observation group(62 patients) was enrolled from February 2017 to January 2019 and treated with rehabilitation guidance based on Green model. Post-PCI rehabilitation training was performed during hospitalization and in 3 months after discharge. Champiom Health Belief Scale, Self-management Behavior Scale and China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases were used to assess the rehabilitation effect after different intervention measures. Results After intervention, the total scores of Champiom Health Belief Scale, Self-management Behavior Scale and China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases in observation group were significantly higher than those before intervention and those in control group [ ( 119 ± 26 ) vs ( 80 ± 20 ) , ( 99 ± 25);(127 ±19) vs (94 ± 15),(111 ± 14); (83 ± 16) vs (58 ± 16),(68 ± 19)] (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training management based on Green model in AMI patients after PCI is of great significance to rebuild the health belief, improve self-management behavior and quality of life.
