Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristics of electrocardiogram in patients with viral hepatitis and cirrhosis and to provide reference for early diagnosis and treatment of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy. Methods A total of 2 886 patients'clinical data with viral hepatitis and cirrhosis admitted to Beijing Ditan hospital,Capital Medical University from August 2012 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.America GE MAC5500 photoelectric electrocardiogram machine was used to perform 12-lead electrocardiogram examination by professional physicians.Characteristics of electrocardiogram were analyzed. Results Electrocardiogram showed abnormal signs in 1 132 cases(39.22%),including 388 cases(13.44%) of long Q-T interval,296 cases(10.26%) of abnormal ST-segment,227 cases (7.87%) of sinus bradycardia,152 cases (5.27%) of sinus tachycardia,103 cases (3.57%) of abnormal T wave,98 cases(3.40%) of left ventricular high voltage,76 cases(2.63%) of electrical axis left deviation,72 cases(2.49%) of premature ventricular beat and 70 cases(2.43%) of premature atrial beat. Conclusions Liver cirrhosis can cause cirrhotic cardiomyopathy and the clinical manifestations are insidious.Regular electrocardiogram examination is necessary for identifying cirrhotic cardiomyopathy and taking reasonable intervention measures as early as possible.
