Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence factors of detection rate of hypertension in health physical examination population in hospital. Methods Medical data of 2 923 subjects who underwent physical examination in General Hospital of Staff and Workers of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company from January to December 2016 were collected.Influence factors of hypertension detection rate were analyzed by the t test,chi-square test and logistic regression using SAS 9.4 software. Results Detection rate of hypertension was 24.8% (726/2 923) in all subjects, and it was higher in males than that in females[31.6% (585/1 854) vs 13.2% (141/1 069)] (P <0.01).Detection rate of hypertension increased with age in both males and females(P <0.01).Univariate analysis showed that males, people with abnormal body mass index, dyslipidemia, smoking history, drinking history, diabetes, hyperuricemia and hypercreatinine had high detection rates of hypertension (all P < 0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, body mass index, serum uric acid, blood sugar and creatinine were influence factors of hypertension (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Gender, body mass index, serum uric acid, blood sugar and creatinine were influence factors of hypertension.
