Abstract:Objective To analyze the prevalence of dyslipidemia in perimenopausal female medical staffs. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,300 female medical staffs(25-55 years old) were enrolled(group A) in Beijing Changping Hospital.Among them,44-55 years old people were subgroup A1 (n =150);25-44 years old people were subgroup A2(n =150).During the same period,300 ordinary female residents were enrolled as group B;44-55 years old people were subgroup B1 (n =150);25-44 years old people were subgroup B2(n =150).The prevalence of dyslipidemia was analyzed. Results There were 128(42.7%) people having dyslipidemia in group A,including 78 (52.0%) in subgroup A1 and 50(33.3%) in subgroup A2.There were 77 (25.7%) people having dyslipidemia in group B,including 49(32.7%) in subgroup B1 and 28(18.7%) in subgroup B2.The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia in group A was significantly higher than that in group B.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in subgroup A1 was significantly higher than that in subgroup A2.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in subgroup B1 was significantly higher than that in subgroup B2.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in subgroup A1 was significantly higher than that in subgroup B1.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in subgroup A2 was significantly higher than that in subgroup B2 (all P < 0.01).Conclusion Female medical staffs, especially perimenopausal females, are highly susceptible to dyslipidemia.
