Value of 16-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of early stage central type lung cancer

Abstract：Objective To analyze the value of 16-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of early stage central type lung cancer.Methods Ninety-two patients with early stage central type lung cancer from February 2016 to September 2017 in Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were enrolled.All patients were scanned by 16-slice spiral CT before surgical operation.Detection number of lung carcinoma,display rate of segmental bronchi and postoperative pathological results were analyzed.Results The display rate of lobar bronchi and segmental bronchi was 100.0％ (92/92).All patients diagnosed of early stage central type lung cancer by CT were confirmed the diagnosis by postoperative pathological examination.Spiral CT showed 34 cases (37.0％) of infiltrative type,32 cases(34.8％) of intracanalicular type and 26 cases(28.3％) of exophytic type;pathological results showed 33 cases(35.9％) of infiltrative type,31 cases (33.7％) of intracanalicular type and 28 cases (30.4％) of exophytic type;there was no significant difference between lung cancer types diagnosed by the 2 means (P ＞0.05).Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CT is non-invasive,precise and effective in diagnosis of early stage central type lung cancer.
