Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect and safety of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 82 patients with ACI from February 2014 to February 2016 in Renji Hospital of Qinghai Province were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group had edaravone intravenous injection based on conventional treatment;the observation group was added urinary kallidinogenase injection based on control group.Cerebral hemodynamic indexes were detected before and after treatment. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect on neurological function.Adverse reactions were observed. Results Cerebral circulation dynamic and hemorheological indexes after treatment were significantly improved compared to those before treatment in both groups;the cerebral hemodynamic indexes in observation group were superior to those in control group(P < 0.05).The NIHSS scores after treatment significantly decreased than those before treatment in observation group and control group [(3.5 ± 1.0) scores vs (10.6 ± 1.1) scores,(5.1 ± 1.1) scores vs (10.4 ± 1.0) scores];there were significant differences between groups (P < 0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [95.1% (39/41) vs 80.5% (33/41)] (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference between groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone is safe and effective in improving cerebral hemodynamic indexes in patients with ACI.
