Abstract:Objective To assess the significances of platelet membrane glycoprotein(GP) and lipid peroxide malondialdehyde(MDA) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods From January 2015 to June 2016,116 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were enrolled at Hainan General Hospital, including 80 cases of ACS and 36 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP);42 volunteers with normal coronary angiography were enrolled as control group.Levels of GPⅠb,Ⅱb,Ⅲa,platelet granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140) and MDA were analyzed. Results Levels of GPⅠb,Ⅱb,Ⅲa and GMP-140 in ACS group were significantly higher than those in control group and SAP group(P < O.01).There were no significant differences of GPⅠb,Ⅱb,Ⅲa and GMP-140 levels between control group and SAP group (P > 0.05).The level of MDA in SAP group and ACS group was significantly higher than that in the control group[(22 ±6),(34 ±6) μmol/L vs (15 ±4) μmol/L];the level of MDA in ACS group was significantly higher than that in SAP group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Levels of GP and MDA increase in patients with ACS,which may be an influence factor of the occurrence of coronary events.Patients with SAP show no significant change of the level of GP and have better prognosis.
