Clinical effect of autohemic ultraviolet therapy on acute craniocerebral injury
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of autohemic ultraviolet therapy on acute craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute craniocerebral injury from October 2015 to May 2016 in Brain Center, the Affiliated Hospital of Logistics University of Chinese People's Armed Police Force neurological hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group had dehydration and nutritional support therapy;the observation group was added autohemic ultraviolet therapy;the treatment lasted for 7 d.Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score, activities of daily living scale (Barthel index) score, hemorheology indexes (plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate) and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results After treatment, the mRS score in observation group (55 cases available) was significantly lower than that in control group(56 cases available) [(2.8 ±0.5) scores vs (3.4 ±0.5) scores] (P < 0.05);the Barthel score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[(46 ± 5)scores vs (38 ± 7) scores] (P < 0.05);plasma viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rates in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group[(1.32 ± 0.24) mPa · s vs (1.63 ± 0.30) mPa · s,(38 ± 7)% vs (41 ±6)%,(20 ±4)mm/1 h vs (22 ±3)mm/1 h] (P <0.05).No adverse reaction was observed in both groups. Conclusion Autohemic ultraviolet therapy is safe and effective for acute craniocerebral injury.
