Abstract:Objective To analyze risk factors of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods Three hundred and sixty-three cases of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy from January 2012 to July 2015 in Beijing Anzhen hospital,Capital Medical University were enrolled as the observation group.Three hundred and sixty healthy pregnant women(collected from Beijing Anzhen hospital) with same pregnant and perinatal period were enrolled as the control group.General clinical data were recorded, including elderly pregnancy, hypertension history, diabetes history, heart disease history, binocular high myopia, obesity (body mass index ≥28 kg/m2),thyroid dysfunction, malnutrition, pulmonary arterial hypertension, kidney disease and dyslipidemia.Risk factors of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy were analyzed. Results There were significant differences of proportions of elderly pregnancy, hypertension history, diabetes history, heart disease history, obesity, thyroid dysfunction, malnutrition, pulmonary arterial hypertension, kidney disease and dyslipidemia between the observation group and the control group [10.5% (38/363) vs 3.6% (13/360),5.2% (19/363) vs 1.9%(7/360),16.5% (60/363) vs 10.0% (36/360),8.3% (30/363) vs 1.1% (4/360),7.2% (26/363) vs 0.8% (3/360),11.0% (40/363) vs 1.1% (4/360),9.9% (36/363) vs 2.2% (8/360),2.2% (8/363) vs 0.0% (0/360),8.3% (30/363) vs 2.5% (9/360),7.2% (26/363) vs 0.3% (1/360)] (all P <0.05).Univariate logistic analysis showed that elderly pregnancy[odds ratio(OR) =3.1,95% confidence interval(CI):1.6-6.0],hypertension history(OR =2.8,95%CI:1.2-6.7),diabetes history(OR =1.8,95% CI:1.1-2.8),obesity (OR =9.2,95% CI:2.8-30.6),heart disease history (OR =11.0,95% CI:3.9-31.1),malnutrition (OR=4.8,95%CI:2.2-10.6),kidney disease(OR=3.5,95%CI:1.6-7.5) and dyslipidemia(OR =27.7,95% CI:3.7-205.1) were risk factors of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy. Conclusion Elderly pregnancy, hypertension history, diabetes history, obesity, heart disease history, malnutrition, kidney disease and dyslipidemia are risk factors of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy.
