Influence factors analysis of life satisfaction in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence factors of life satisfaction in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Totally 543 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2015 to March 2016 in Central Hospital of Shanghai Yangpu District were enrolled for present investigation.The investigation included general information questionnaire and Neugarten life satisfaction index scale.Life satisfaction index scores were compared to the national norm.Influence factors of patients life satisfaction were analyzed.Resuts In patients with chronic heart failure,scores of life satisfaction index A and life satisfaction index B were significantly lower than the national norms [(11 ± 3) scores vs (12 ± 4) scores,(13 ± 5) scores vs (15 ± 5) scores] (P ＜ 0.01).M ultinomial regression analysis showed that the score of life satisfaction rating scale was related to marital status(t =3.688,P ＜0.001),educational degree(t =6.270,P ＜ 0.001) and the health status of caregiver(t =2.379,P =0.018).Conclusion Marital status,educational degree and the health status of caregiver are influence factors of life satisfaction in patients with chronic heart failure.
