Efficacy and safety of domestic and imported drug-eluting stents treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with diabetes
Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy and safety between domestic and imported drug-eluting stents treating coronary artherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) complicated with diabetes. Methods Totally 460 cases of coronary artherosclerotic heart disease complicated with diabetes from June 2012 to June 2015 in Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University were enrolled. All patients had coronary intervention treatment and were randomly divided into dometic drug-eluting stent group(230 cases) and imported drug-eluting stent group (230 cases). The follow-up was performed after treatment, incidences of major adverse cardiac and cerebral events(MACCE,the definition included cardiac death,non-fatal myocardial infarction,re-revascularization and stroke),all cause motality, readmission after ischemia stroke and bleeding were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences of incidences of MACCE,cardiac death,non-fatal myocardial infarction,re-revascularization,stroke,all cause death, readmission after ischemia stroke and bleeding between domestic and imported drugdrug eluting stent groups [9.1% (21/230) vs 7.8% (18/230),0.4% (1/230) vs 0.0% (0/230),1.3%(3/230) vs 1.3% (3/230),6.1% (14/230) vs 5.2% (12/230),0.9% (2/230) vs 0.4% (1/230),0.9%(2/230) vs 0.0% (0/230),7.0% (16/230) vs 7.4% (17/230),1.3% (3/230) vs 0.4% (1/230)] (P >0.05).Conclusion Domestic and imported drug-eluting stents have same clinical efficacy and safety treating coronary artherosclerotic heart disease complicated with diabetes.
