Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium (CPS) in elderly patients of coronary heart disease with diastolic heart failure. Methods Totally 80 elderly patients of coronary heart disease with diastolic heart failure from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) given CPS (2 g diluted with 100 ml 5% glucose injection,1 time/d) on the basis of conventional therapy and control group (40 cases) given conventional therapy only. The clinical effect and cardiac function were observed 2 weeks after treatment;the levels of serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP),plasma homocysteine (Hcy),blood uric acid (UA) before and 1,2 weeks after treatment were analyzed. Results Two weeks after treatment, the total efficiency, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS),E peak,E/A were significantly higher, the A peak was significantly lower in observation group than those in control group [92.5% (37/40) vs 70.0% (28/40),(70 ±4)% vs (67 ±4)%,(41 ± 4)% vs (38±5)%,(0.85±0.18) m/svs (0.67±0.23) m/s,(1.34±0.53) vs (0.84±0.32),(0.65± 0.16) m/s vs (0.82 ±0.17) m/s] (all P <0.05).Two weeks after treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP,plasma Hcy,blood uric acid were significantly lower than those before and 1 week after treatment in observation group [(2.2±0.9) mg/L vs (4.3 ±2.1),(4.3 ±1.7) mg/L,(15.5±4.6) μmol/L vs (17.5±2.7),(17.4±3.1) μmol/L,(211 ±57) μmol/L vs (380±73),(264±55) μmol/L] and control group [(3.2±1.4) mg/L vs (5.0±2.3),(4.3±1.6) mg/L,(17.4±1.2) μmol/L vs (18.6±1.2),(18.5±1.5) μmol/L,(317 ±88) μmol/L vs (379 ±83),(366 ±83) μmol/L],moreover,above indices in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion CPS can effectively improve the serum relative factors level and cardic function in elderly patients of coronary heart disease with diastolic heart failure.
