Effect of Danshen ⅡA sodium injection combined with Yinxingdamo in treating lacunar infarction

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Danshen ⅡA sodium injection combined with Yinxingdamo in treating lacunar infarction.Methods Totally 90 patients with lacunar infarction From June 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (45 cases in each group).Two groups were both given basical treatment;control group were additionally intravenously dripped with Yinxingdamo (20 ml added into 250 ml 0.9％ sodium chloride solution, 1 time/d), observation group were intravenously dripped with Danshen ⅡA sodium injection (60 mg added into 250 ml 0.9％ sodium chloride, 1 time/d) combined with Yinxingdamo (the dose was as above).The treatment was lasted for 14 days.The total effective rate after treatment, the erythrocyte aggregation index, fibrinogen, blood cell hematocrit and whole blood viscosity before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [95.6％ (43/45) vs 80.0％ (36/45)] (x2 =8.244, P ＜ 0.05).After treatment, the erythrocyte aggregation index, fibrinogen, blood cell hematocrit and whole blood viscosity were all significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in control group [(1.6 ± 0.6) vs (2.0 ± 0.3), (4.6± 1.1) g/L vs (6.4 ± 1.3) g/L, (43 ±5)％ vs (47 ±5)％, (5.4±0.5) mPa/s vs (5.9 ±0.6) mPa/s] and observation group [(1.3 ± 0.4) vs (2.0 ± 0.4), (3.5 ± 1.1) g/L vs (6.4 ± 1.2) g/L, (38 ± 5) ％ vs (47 ± 5) ％, (4.6 ± 0.4) mPa/s vs (6.0 ± 0.4) mPa/s] (P ＜ 0.05);above indicators in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction were not significantly differently between groups (x2 =0.067, P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Danshen Ⅱ A sodium injection combined Yinxingdamo can effectively improve the coagulation condition of blood in patient with lacunar infarction, with good safety.
