Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of the levels of blood lipids, serum bilirubin and total bile acid in coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 170 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as observation group and 150 healthy people were set as control group. The morning fasting venous blood was obtained to detect the levels of blood lipids, serum bilirubin and total bile acid by automatic biochemical analyzer and the results were compared between the two groups. Results The level of total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),triacylglycerol/high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),LDL-C/HDL-C and total bile acid in observation group was significantly higher than those in control group[(5.92 ± 1.03) mmol/L vs (4.57 ±0.68) mmol/L,(2.81 ±0.39) mmol/L vs (1.36±0.24) mmol/L,(4.16±1.38) mmol/L vs (2.54 ±0.76) mmol/L,(2.74 ±0.36) vs (1.21 ± 0.48),(4.08 ±0.73) vs (2.92 ±0.51),(17.0 ±7.5) μmol/L vs (6.4 ±4.9) μmol/L,P <0.01],and the levels of HDL-C,total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group [(1.17±0.23) mmol/L vs (1.79±0.84) mmol/L,(10.0 ±3.9) μmol/L vs (14.4±3.6) mol/L,(3.3 ±1.5) μmol/L vs (5.0±2.4)μmol/L,(9.7±2.6) μmol/L vs (11.8±2.7) μmol/L] (P < 0.01).Conclusion The levels of blood lipids, serum bilirubin and total bile acid were abnormal in patients with CHD.
