Abstract：患儿,男,5d.因“皮肤黄染4d,鼻腔阻塞2d”于2013年1月21日入院.患儿出生24h后出现皮肤黄染,由颜面延及全身,进行性加重.无肝炎、樟脑丸接触史,无陶土样大便,无抽搐、尖叫、角弓反张,近2d出现鼻塞,打喷嚏,无咳嗽,无发热,无呼吸困难及呼吸暂停,无面色青紫,在院外未予特殊治疗.以“新生儿黄疸”收住院.病程中患儿精神反应欠佳,吃奶可,大小便正常.经实验室检查发现总胆红素298.1 μmol/L,直接胆红素17.5 μmol/L,间接胆红素280.6 μmol/L,红细胞计数4.94 × 1012/L,网织红细胞1.54％.母亲孕产史:孕2产1,人工流产1次.
