Abstract:Objective To observe the hemorheological effect of 6% hydroxyethyl starch (130/0.4) in patients with acute inferiormyocardial infarction ( AIMI) before and after early fluid resuscitation .Methods Sev-enty-eight cases of AIMI patients were randomly divided into two groups:groupⅠhad 6%hydroxyethyl starch ( 130/0.4) early liquid recovery; groupⅡ had balanced salt ( 1.86% sodium lactate solution and compound sodium chloride solution for the ratio of 1∶2) liquid recovery. There was a healthy control group (36 cases). Results The groupⅠand group Ⅱwere significantly higher than the healthy control group with a high shear viscosity of whole blood, low shear viscosity of whole blood , erythrocyte aggregation index , fibrinogen and platelet aggregation before recovery[(6.8 ±0.8)mPa? s,(6.7 ±1.0)mPa? s vs (4.5 ±0.8)mPa? s; (16.4 ±5.6)mPa? s,(16.9 ± 6.2)mPa? s vs (11.3 ±3.9) mPa? s; (7.8 ±1.4),(7.7 ±1.6) vs (4.1 ±0.7); (5.16 ±1.13) g/L, (5.08 ±1.21)g/L vs (3.25 ±0.41)g/L;(59 ±16)%,(58 ±16)% vs (30 ±11)%;all P<0.01],and there were no differences after resuscitation (all P>0.05).The groupⅠhad a reduction of high shear viscosity of whole blood, low shear viscosity of whole blood , erythrocyte aggregation index and platelet aggregation after recovery [(4.9 ±0.6)mPa? s,(13.0 ±3.4)mPa? s,(3.1 ±1.0),(33 ±11)%]; compared with those before recovery and those in group Ⅱafter recovery [(5.6 ±0.6)mPa? s,(14.2 ±2.7)mPa? s,(4.9 ±1.4),(41 ±13)%], the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion 6%hydroxyethyl-starch (130/0.4) can effectively treat AIMI patients with abnormal hemorheology .
