Abstract：患者男,63岁,身高165 cm,体质量85 kg,因反复发作性心慌、头晕伴间断意识障碍1年余于2013年3月入住江苏省苏北人民医院.既往曾在外院以癫瘸治疗.入院后多次查血糖波动于2.58 ～7.19 mmol/L,腹部CT诊断为胰体尾部胰岛素瘤,电解质及心、肺、肝、肾功能正常,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅱ级,行腹腔镜下胰腺肿瘤切除术.患者术前未用镇静、镇痛药,入手术室前1h开始持续静脉滴注5％葡萄糖溶液.入手术室后局部麻醉下行左侧桡动脉穿刺监测有创血压.
