One case with of insulin allergy and review of literatures

Abstract：Objective To strengthen the understanding of diabetes patients with insulin allergy.Method One case of insulin allergy patient with complete clinical and laboratory data was reported and analyzed with literature review.Results Patients with insulin allergy was definitely diagnosed; after replacing novolin insulin with humulin insulin,patient's blood sugar control was good and no insulin allergy happened again.Conclusion Insulin allergy is rare; correct diagnosis can be made according to the medical history and clinical manifestations.
