Effect of intercostal nerve freezing treating bronchiectasis

Abstract：Objective To summary the effect of intercostal nerve freezing treating bronchiectasis during perioperative period.Methods Totally 60 patients with bronchiectasis disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment of thoracic surgery ; intervention group was given intercostals nerve freezing analgesic.Complications of two groups after treatment were observed and compared.Results The complication rate of intervention group (13.3％,4/30) was obviously lower than that of control group (66.7％,20/30) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Intercostal nerve freezing analgesic technique can effectively reduce the postoperative pulmonary complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
