Clinical comparative study of the effects of three gargle periodontal oral fixed orthodontic cases

Abstract：Objective To assess the impact of compound gargle solution chlorhexidine gluconatie,tea polyphenol compound containing gargle solution,cetylpyridinium chloride on fixed orthodontic treatment for gingivitis,the mild periodontitis.Methods All 60 patients with gingivitis and mild periodontitis oral fixed orthodontic patients were randomly divided into groups A,B,C,who respectively received compound gargle solution chlorhexidine gluconatie,tea polyphenol compound containing gargle solution,cetylpyridinium chloride.Before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment for one week,the observation index in group A and C were improved(P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference in total effective rate between group A,C and B[70.0％(14/20),90.0％(18/20) vs25.0％(5/20),P＜0.05].Conclusion Compound gargle solution chlorhexidine gluconatie,cetylpyridinium chloride gargle may serve as gingivitis and mild periodontitis fixed orthodontic treatment in the adjuvant treatment measures.
