Observation of therapeutic effects of special drug-union treatment on elderly factitious urticaria

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of factitious urticaria elderly patients by special drug-union treatment.Methods 126 cases with factitious urticaria were divided into two groups randomly.The 69 cases in observation group were treated with special drug-union.Other 57 cases in control group were treated with Loratadine tablets.The effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 71.0％ (49/69),while that of the control group was 36.8％ (21/57).There was significant difference between the two groups(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Factitious urticaria elderly patients treated by special drugunion treatment is one of the safe and effective method.
