Clinical value of complicated application of microwave and cervical injury wound repair in cervical erosion

Abstract：Objective To survey the clinical value of complicated application of microwave and cervical injury obturator in cervical erosion.Methods The cervical erosion cases were randomized divided into two groups:observation group(n =197) and contrast group (n =199).The observation group was treated with microwave and cervical injury wound repair.While the contrast group was treated with Yunnanbaiyao.Cervical injury wound repair and Yunnanbaiyao were respectively to the two groups.All the cases returned to examine the following checklist in regulation time interval in the coming two months:virginal drainage,time of drainage,virginal bleeding,time of bleeding,cervical injury healing,healing time.Results ① Rate of virginal drainage was 48.2％ (95/197)and 95.0％ (189/199)respectively for the observation group and the contrast group (P ＜ 0.05).Rate of virginal bleeding was 12.2％ (24/197) and 31.7％ (63/199) respectively for the observation group and the contrast group (P ＜ 0.05).② Time of vaginal drainage,vaginal bleeding and healing of the observation group was [(12 ± 4) d],[(4.6 ± 1.3) d] and [(19 ± 4) d],which were shorter than the contrast group [(28 ± 7),(8.7 ± 2.1),(36 ± 8) d] (P ＜0.05).(③ The rate of cervical injury healing was 98.5％ (194/197) and 87.9％ (175/199) respectively for the observation group and the contrast group(P ＜ 0.05).Rate of adverse reactions and hospitalization expenses were of no statistical difference value between the observation and contrast group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions It is convenient,effective,cheap and safe of complication using microwave and cervical injury obturator B mode in cervical erosion.And it is suitable to be popularized and applied in township health center.
