Abstract：Objective To explore a kind of special treatment of insulinoma patients.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of a extremely obese patient with insulinoma and review of the literature was analyzed.Results Constant rate enteral nutrition therapy on one hand decreased the episodes of hypoglycemia greatly,on the other hand weight loss due to reduced calories might gain the chance of operation.Conclusions Insulinoma patient who has cardiopulmonary dysfunction and other serious complications associated with extremely obesity will lose the chance of operation.Constant rate enteral nutrients is an effective conservative treatment.
