Abstract:Objective To explore the serum level of interleukin-13/23/33 in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods Eighty patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were as research subjects, and serum IL-13/IL-23/IL-33 level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.60 normal people were as control group. Results The serum IL-13,IL-23,IL-33 from asthmatic patients in acute attack were higher than those of normal people [(2.8 ± 1.6)ng/L vs (1.6 ±0.5) ng/L,(15.9 ± 13.6) ng/L vs (5.9 ±2.2) ng/L,(61.4 ± 28.6)ng/L vs (5.3 ±4.9)ng/L](P<0.01).Conclusion IL-13,IL-23 and IL-33 play roles in pathology with airway allergic inflammation, which may be one of the reasons for bronchial asthma.
