Effect of deoxyribonucleotide natrium combined with Danshen chuanxiongqin on patients with chronic severe hepatitis

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of deoxyribonucleotide natrium combined with Danshen chuanxiongqin on the patients with chronic severe hepatitis.Methods All 78 cases with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly assigned to the observation group(40 cases) and a control group (38 cases).The patients in control group underwent integrated therapy,and the patients in observation group were treated with eoxyribonucleotide natrium combined with Danshen chuanxiongqin for a course of 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect,the improved hepatic function,complications,adverse drug reaction were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group[72.5％ (29/40) vs 57.9％ (22/38),P ＜ 0.05].The levels of serum total bilirubin,alanine transarninase after treatment were lower than those before treatment in observation group [(110 ± 80)μmol/L vs (245 ± 76) μmol/L,(85 ± 32) U/L vs (326 ± 126) U/L,all P ＜ 0.01],and the levels of serum albumin,prothrombin activity after treatment were higher than those before treatment in observation group[(37 ± 10)g/L vs(28 ± 10)g/L,(50 ± 15)％ vs(36 ± 10)％,all P ＜0.05].After treatment,the levels of serum total bilirubin in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the prothrombin activity was higher than that in control group,and there were significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of infection,heptic encephlopthy,hepatorenal syndrome in observation group were 35.0％ (14/40),20.0％ (8/40) and 15.0％ (6/40),which were lower than those in control group [55.3％ (21/38),34.2％ (13/38) and 36.8％ (14/38),respectively; all P ＜ 0.05].The mortality rates in observation group and control group were 40.0％ (16/40) and 57.9％ (22/38),there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Deoxyribonucleotide natrium combined with Danshen chuanxiongqin have a good therapeutic effect on patients with chronic severe hepatitis and can reduce the fatality rate.
