Observation on therapeutic effectiveness of the neurological training rehabilitation technique in patients of shoulder subluxation paralysis

Abstract：Objective To observe the effectiveness of the neurological training technique of threating shoulder subluxation after stroke.Methods We had treated 30 cases of shoulder subluxation paralysis,using neurological training technique including neurological training type OT 20 minutes/time,shoulder neurological training 20 minutes/time,the upper potential development 20 minutes/time and shoulder muscle electrical stimulation 20 minutes/time.Results After treatment of upper limb motor function and deltoid,trapezius surface EMG data before and after treatment were significantly improved (all P ＜ 0.01).Among them,the upper shoulder subluxation after treatment returned to normal in nine cases,recovered to mild in 17 cases.Conclusion Neurological training technology is the effective method to treat shoulder subluxation paralysis.
