Abstract：Objective To analyze and explore the emergency bedside temporary pacemaker implantation.Methods All 60 critical patients in critical care unit ward underwent implantation of cardiac pacemaker at the bedside.Results All 60 patients were all implanted temporary pacemaker successfully with ideal pacing.Because of timely intervention in high-risk period,the time and opportunity to rescue the patients with coronary heart disease were successful.Conclusion Implanting temporary pacemaker according to the indications timely can greatly improve the success rate.
