Abstract:Objective To observe and evaluate batroxobin joint ganglioside treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction of the curative effect and adverse reaction. Methods The study involved 80 patients diagnosed of acute cerebral infarction from Nov.2011 to Nov.2012.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were given ganglioside and song enzyme for 14 days.At the same time the control group were given ozagrel sodium and ganglioside for 14 days. Then we observed the clinical curative effect of the two groups, neural function defect degree score and plasma fibrinogen (Fib) change. Results Treatment group total effective rate (85.0%) was statistically higher than that in control group (60.0%) (P <0.05) ; after treatment, the NFDS in treatment group was(12 ± 6)which was significantly better then that in control group (16.6 ± 6.0) (P < 0.01) ; after treatment the Fib content in treament was (1.86 ± 0.87) g/L which was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.28 ± 0.72)g/L(P < 0.05).Conclusion Two groups of combined treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction show the good treatment effect.Song and enzyme joint ganglioside for patients with acute cerebral infarction treatment effect are more significant than normal therapy.
