Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of interferon combined with astragalus injection on viral myocarditis. Methods Sixty cases of viral myocarditis were divided into observation group and control group.Monitoring electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme and recording curative effect were done. The conventional therapy was treated in two groups and interferon combined with astragalus injection was given in observation group. Results The recovery time of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme of observation group [(11.4 ± 2.3) d,(15.3± 2.7) d] was less than the control group [(35.4 ± 5.3) d,(45.2 ± 9.8) d] and the effect of observation group was better than that of control group. The rate of the two groups were significantly different with statistical significance[96.7% (29/30) vs 66.7% (20/30),P <0.05].Conclusion The interferon combined with astragalus injection can effectively reduce the duration of treatment and improve the clinical effect.
