Clinical analysis of Buchangnaoxintong capsule treating unstable angina

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buchangnaoxintong capsule in treating unstable angina.Methods Totally 376 cases with unstable angina were randomly divided to 2 groups:188 cases in the observation group (routine western medicine adding Buchangnaoxintong capsule) and 188 cases in the matched control group (routine western medicine).The change of effective rate of myocardial angina and ST segment improvement of electrocardiogram(ECG) were observed.Results After 4 weeks,the observation group was higher than the control group regarding effective rate of myocardial angina (98.9％ vs 86.2％,P ＜ 0.05),ST segment improving degree of ECG (90.4％ vs 79.8％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Buchangnaoxintong capsule in treating unstable angina is significant.
