Clinical analysis of digital three-dimensional titanium mesh treating skull defects

Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of digital three-dimensional titanium mesh in skull defect repair surgery.Methods Sixty-eight cases using digital three-dimensional titanium mesh of the skull defect repair surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results Sixty-eight patients showed satisfaction after operation.No subcutaneous fluid,cerebrospinal fluid leak,epidural hematoma,subdural hematoma and wound infection and other complications occurred.Conclusions The application of digital three-dimensional titanium mesh treating skull defects presents satisfaction and high rejection response,and can be used as the material of choice for skull defect repair surgery.
