Clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule treating unstable angina pectoris

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods Totally 59 patients of UAP were in the observation group which had alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule plus the basic therapy and 59 patients were the control group which were given anti-angina drugs.The clinical efficacy and hemodynamic between the two groups were compared.Results The hemodynamic indicators were all enhanced,furthermore the observation group changed more than the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.9％ (53/59),which was higher than that of the control group [71.2％ (42/59)] (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Anti-angina medication plus alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the patient's hemodynamic and reduce the occurrence of hazardous events.
