Observation of buflomedil hydrochloride combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsular treating traumatic vertigo

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of buflomedil combined with flunarizine hydrochoride treating patients with traumatic vertigo.Methods A total of 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The 38 patients of observation group were given buflomedil hydrochloride.The control group(36 casee)was given Danshen injection(20 ml)joined in 5％ glucose injection(250 ml).The course of treatment was 7 days.At the same time,both groups were given flunarizine hydrochloride 5 mg every night.Results The total clinical effective rate was 86.8％(33/38)in observation group and 66.7％(24/36)in control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Effect of buflomedil hydrochloride combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsular treating patients with traumatic vertigo is good and safe.
