Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (NERD).Methods All 64 cases of NERD were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with lansoprazole combinedwith mosapride for 8 weeks. The control group was given lansoprazole for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy and gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire (GerdQ)score were compared before and after the treatment. Results In the observation group, significant efficacy was found in 20 cases, efficacy in 7 cases, and inefficacy in 5cases and the total effective rate was 84.4% (27/32).In the control group, significant efficacy was found in 15 cases, efficacy in 5 cases, and inefficacy in 12 cases, and the total effective rate was 62.5% (20/32).There was a significant difference of total effective rate between the two groups (P < 0.05).Compared to before treatment,GerdQ sores after treatment in both two groups decreased [observation group:(7.0 ± 2.0)points vs (9.8 ± 2.6)points; control group:(8.2 ± 2.0)points vs (10.3 ± 2.1)points].After treatment for 8 weeks,GerdQ sores in observation group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05),Conclusion Combined therapy of lansoprazole and mosapride is effective in the treatment of NERD.
