Analysis of risk factors of cardiac arrhythmia in elderly hospice inpatients with pulmonary cancer

Abstract：Objective To investigate the risk factors of cardiac arrhythmia in elderly hospice inpatients with pulmonary cancer,and to adopt reasonable protective and therapeutic measures.Methods Totally 78 cardiac arrhythmia and 215 non-cardiac arrhythmia in elderly hospice inpatients with pulmonary cancer were reviewed.Results After logistic regression analysis,hyoxemia,physically score ( ECOG score),duration of hospitalization,ages,smoking index and low hemoglobin showed significant differences (P ＜ 0.05 ),and the odds ratio and 95 ％confidence interval were 4.793 ( 1.400 ～ 16.407 ),2.020 ( 1.276 ～ 3.200 ),1.273 ( 1.175 ～ 1.378 ),1.103( 1.031 ～ 1.181 ),1.005( 1.001 ～ 1.009),0.966(0.939 ～0.995).Conclusions We should control cardiac arrhythmia in elderly hospice inpatients with pulmonary cancer.According to the risk factors,early diagnosis and treatment must be strengthened.
