Clinical observation on the effectiveness of both compound Biejiaruangan tablet and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection

Abstract：Objective To observe clinical treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis with both compound Biejiaruangan tablet and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Methods Eighty-six patients were randomly recruited into a treatment group(41 cases)and a control group(45 cases).The control group was treated with Silybin meglumine tablets.The clinical symptoms and signs,liver function and liver fibrosis of the two groups were compared after 24 weeks.Results Mter treatment,hyaluronic acid( HA,) laminin(LN),type Ⅳ collagen protein ( Ⅳ-C,) type Ⅲ procollagen ( PC Ⅲ ) of the treatment group were improved (74 ± 42) mg/L vs (327 ± 112) mg/L,(53 ±20)mg/L vs (162 ±83)mg/L,(61 ±21) μg/L vs (136 ±72) μg/L,(123 ±50) μg/L vs (183 ±81) μg/L,repectively ],showing significant differences.Conclusion The combined use of compound Biejiaruangan tablet and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection has a significant role in anti-hepatic fibrosis for patients with chronic hepatitis B.
