The clinical value of Yuzhongxiao Patch in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of bruises disappear paste on acute soft tissue injury.Methods Totally 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group (external bruises disappear,40 cases) and study group (extemal bruises disappear paste,40 cases).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Clinical outcomes before and after treatment,including pain,swelling,ecchymosis and points of dysfunction were observed.Results The total effective rate of study group was 97.5％ ( 39/40),significantly lower than that of the control group [85.0％ (34/40),P ＜0.01 ].Pain,swelling,ecchymosis and integration dysfunction of study group was significantly lower than those of the control group [ ( 1.40 ± 0.94) score vs ( 1.73 ± 0.80 )score,( 1.35 ± 0.87) score vs ( 1.66 ± 0.72) score,( 1.28 ± 0.83) score vs ( 1.63 ± 0.64) score,( 1.23 ± 0.74)score vs ( 1.57 ± 0.59) score,P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05 ].Conclusion Eliminate bruising paste for treatment of acute soft tissue injury shows significant therapeutic effects.
