Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effects of brain mild hypothermia combined with aozhagelei and xuesaitong on acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned to treatment group (42 patients) and control group (42 patients).Brain mild hypothermia was combined with aozhageleina injection 80 mg + saline 250 ml twice a day and xuesaitong 400 mg + saline 250 ml once a day used for intravenous drip for 14 days in the treatment group; xuesaitong 400 mg + saline 250 ml were used for intravenous drip once a day for 14 days in the control group.Other measures of symptomatic therapy in both groups were the same. Results The total effective rate of 95.2% in treatment group was significantly superior to that of 80.9% in control group (P < 0.05).The score of neurological deficits was significantly decreased in the treatment group after 14 days compared with the control group ( P < 0.01 ).There were no obvious side effects in the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of brain mild hypothermia combined with aozhagelei and xuesaitong on acute cerebral infarction is feasible and safe.
