Curative effect observation of Yinxingye Injection on acute cerebral infarction

Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effects of Yinxingye injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned into treatment group (41 patients) and control group(41 patients).Yinxingye injection 20 ml was used for intravenous drip once a day for 14 days in the treatment group; fufangdanshen injection 250 ml was used for intravenous drip once a day for 14 days in the control group.Results The total effective rate of 90.2％ in treatment group was significantly superior to that of 80.5％ in control group( P ＜0.05 ).The neurological deficit scores and hemorrheology parameters were significantly decreased in the treatment group after 14 days compared with the control group( P ＜0.05 ).There were no obvious side effects in the two groups.Conclusion The curative effect of Yinxingye injection on acute cerebral infarction is optimistic and safe.
