Diagnostic analysis of intestinal obstruction caused by gallstone jams

Abstract：Objective To explore the causes and diagnostic methods of intestinal obstruction caused by gallstone jams.Methods Twenty-three cases with intestinal obstruction caused by gallstone jams were reviewed from January 2001to October 2010,and the ways with treatment were discussed.Results By active therapy,23 patients were all cured and discharged.Conclusions Clinicians are lack of knowledge of intestinal obstruction caused by gallstone jams,auxiliary examination cannot provide diagnosis basis accurately and cause low accuracy.Intestinal obstruction caused by gallstone jams has no effect with conservative treatment,the operation is important method to diagnose and treat intestinal obstruction caused by gallstone jams.
