Analysis of Shengmai injection in the treatment of hypotension during hemodialysis

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical cure effect of shengmai injection on hypotension during hemodialysis.Methods Eighteen maintenance hypotension patients in hemodialysis were matched with their own and got two groups.At first,patients in nornol group were given conventional treatment to deal with the hypotension,then they were given shengmai injection.Each group was continuously observed effect for five times.Results The rate of hypotension in treatment group was lower than that in normol group(P ＜0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group[95.6％ (86/90) vs 84.4％ (76/90),P＜0.05].Conclusion The effect of shengmai injection in the treatment of hypotension during hemodialysis is determined.
