Abstract：Objective To analyze the etiopathogenisises and clinical feature of acquired coagulopathy with edible viscera hemorrhage initially,as well as to approach the diagnosis and treatment feature of the disease.Methods Etiopathogenisises,clinicalmanifestation,laboratory examination,and treatment of 20 cases with edible viscera hemorrhage were analyzed.Results Most patients had a history of exposure to drugs or toxins,acquired hemophilia can occur in healthy people,there are one or more parts of spontaneous haemorrhagic manifestations,laboratory examination see platelet function average.APTT,PT extended,who FⅧ:C activity decline can find FⅧ:Ag,the supplementary coagulation factor,immunosuppressive agents took a turn for the better.After the above treatment,the symptoms disappeared in all patients,coagulation returnecl to normol,treatment time was 3 d-6 months.Conclusion A deficiency of vitamin K or,patients who do not support congenital coagulant function disorder must further clarify the etiology and treat with blood clot or immunosuppressive agents.
