Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of aortic dissection

Abstract：Objective T6 evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing dissecting aortic aneurysm.Methods Nine cases with dissecting aortic aneurysm were analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound and transthoracic echocardiography( TTE),including the membrane shape ultrasonic echo,blood stream change in aortic canal.Results Ultrasound is sensitive displaying intimal dissection,dissection of the scope and changes in blood flow.Aortic dissection can be classified.The patients Debakey Ⅰ type 2 cases,Ⅱ type 3 cases,Ⅲ a type 1 case,Ⅲ b-type 3 cases were confirmed by angiography or MRI scan.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be a diagnostic method for aortic dissection aneurysm.
