Analysis of antitumor drugs

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application and tendency of antitumour drugs used in inpatients to provide references for rational use of drug.Methods The data was statistically analyzed regarding consumption sum,classification and DDDs from 2007 to 2009.Results The consumption sum of the antitumour drugs was 9.190,14.408 and 18.751 millions RMB respectively,with a tendency of increase.Docetaxel ranked the first place in terms of consumption sum during three years and the consumption sum increased synchronously,but the DDDs of docetaxel was low.The consumption of the monoclonal antibodies shows a rapid upward trend.The proportion of the DDDs of the Chinese patent medicine in total was tremendous.The constituent ratio of antimetabolites in total did not change greatly.The constituent ratios of the antibiotics,alkylating agents and hormones of antineoplastic were small and decreased year by year.Conclusions The use of antitumor drug in inpatients of our hospita[ is basically rational.The new antitumor of the high performance,low poision and target will become the predominant methods in tumor therapy in the future.
