Study on compatibility of compound mixture of Xiao Chengqi by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy
Abstract：Objective To observe the compatibility of compound mixture of Xiao Chengqi.Methods To study the differences of compatibility of compound mixture of Xiao Chengqi by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Results The extracts of decoction Huoxue Chengqi mixture ( Ⅲ ) were significantly different from those of decoction Xiao Chengqi decoction( Ⅰ )and decoction Xiao Chengqi mixture( Ⅱ )in the one dimensional fourier transform infrared (FTIR)spectra,but the difference between decoction Ⅰ and decoction Ⅱ could only be differentiated by the Synchronous two dimensional FTIR spectra.Conclusions Different compatibility proportion in Xiao Chengqi compound mixture provides a new platform for the overall research on compatibility of the traditional Chinese herbs.This new method may prevent the single,unilateral and non-integrated defects,putting emphasis on the holism and interrelationship among the compatible herbs.
