The explore of patients with cerebral infarction of blood pressure stage target control

Abstract：Objective To explore the results in patients with cerebral infarction treated by blood pressure stage target control.Methods Four hundred cases of cerebral infarction patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The basic secondary prevention measures were the same in two groups.Blood pressure stage target control was implemented in treatment group and blood pressure level around 140/85 mm Hg was targeted in the control group.After five years of follow-up,the function of health level and terminal events were assessed.Results After follow-up ended,regarding the cases of function health level classification of level 0,level 1,level 2,level 3,level 4,level 5,level 6 and recurrence of cerebral infarction,the treatment group were 96,62,18,12,4,5,3and 20 cases; and the control group were 44,24,26,25,22,29,30 and 78 cases.The function of health level in treatment group was higher than that in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ) and terminal events in treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Blood pressure stage target control for patients with cerebral infarction is effective.
