Abstract:Objective To discuss the value of ischemia-modified albumin(IMA) and heart-type fatty acidbinding protein(H-FABP) in early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods The variation laws were observed by continuously measuring of IMA,H-FABP,Cardiac troponin I (cTnl),Creatine kinase-MB (CKMB) and myohemoglobin (MB) of 47 patients with acute chest pain at 0,3,6,9,24 hours after admission respectively. Results The sensitivity value were 65.3% and 69.2%,80.8% and 92.3%,88.4% and 96.2% for IMA and H-FABP at 0,3,6 hours after admission respectively. The sensitivity value with the combination of IMA and HFABP were 84.6%,96.2% and 100%.There was a remarkable difference compared with other markers. The specificity of IMA and H-FABP had no remarkable differences compared with other single markers. Conclusion The co-detection of IMA and H-FABP has high sensitivity and specificity in early phase of AMI and has the extremely vital clinical significance.
