Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection combined with puerarin in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation by echocardiography. Methods Sixty patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The control group using the traditional therapy and the experimental group use low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection combined with puerarin based on the control group. Right ventricular function before and after treatment was evaluated using color Doppler echocardiography. Results Right ventricular ejection fraction was increased by application of low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection combined with puerarin[(25.0 ± 1.6) %vs (40.0 ± 2.3) %]. Acceleration time (AT) of pulmonary artery extend [(0.11 ± 0.01) s vs (0. 14 ± 0.01) s],and the ratio of the time before the right ventricular ejection (RPEP) and ejection time (RVET) decreased[(0.65 ±0. 053) vs (0.30 ± 0. 039)]. The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.3 % (28/30), and control group was 73.3 % (22/30). It had significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection combined with puerarin can reduce pulmonary arterial pressure of pulmonary heart disease, and the right ventricular function recovers significantly.
